Speaking My Mind

I never posted more on the Ronald Reagan book, but I did finish it and it was great. I'm on to new ones and reports are coming......maybe.

Now Reading

I recently picked up a book by Ronald Reagan that is a collection of speeches that he gave during his political career. I can't put it down! It's amazing how timely it is. Some of the things he said in those speeches are just as relevant today as they were then. So true how history repeats itself. I'll keep reading and there will be more to come.......

OSU vs Miami

Headin to Columbus on Saturday. Won't be in the stands but tailgating is just as good. Food, drink and a big screen TV.

Cape San Blas

Greetings from Cape San Blas! This picture looked really cool to me because of the lighting. It was a sunset after the clouds rolled out and there was a golden tint to everything.

The Reds

Well it finally caught up with them today. The Reds couldn't hold onto the close one today. I knew it was coming, just didn't know when. The Braves with a walk off grand slam won in the bottom of the ninth 10-9. The bull pin just couldn't do anything right today. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. "GO REDS"

Thinking Of The Volunteers

I can't believe the flooding in Tennessee. It is not an area that I would think would flood that badly but I guess everyones' vulnerable. I can't imagine loosing everything you own and having to start over.

I have been to the Opryland hotel a few times and it is such a shame that it fell victim too. Probably when all is said and done it will be even nicer than it was before. My prayers are with them.

I'm Back

I have been out of pocket for a while but I am back with a new zeal. We'll see how long that lasts. It's Spring, or almost, so the energy level is going up. Baseball season has started and I have had two practices with my new team. Goods and Bads so we will see what happens.
