Geekin out
I have recently registered with Twitter. I am still getting the hang of it and adding some new followers. I typically can't update during the day so I am sporadically updating at night. My tweats aren't that interesting but I have had a few people follow me. I have added some people whose profession deals with things that I am interested in and it is neat to see their activities as the happen during their workday.

Creative Labs
I have always been impressed with Creative labs products. I have had a Creative Zen Vision M 30G player for a couple of years and have been very happy with it. I recently bought another Creative player. It is the new Zen 4G flash player. Very Nice! I am impressed with the design and the the interface. It is similar to the Vision M but the interface is a little different. It has an expandable SD card slot so as the capacity of SD cards expands so will the memory capacity of the player. If you need more memory you can invest in the 32G version. Still flash memory, I think it is the only flash player with that much memory. Hard to believe you can get that much in such a small package.

Chips Must Fall In Place
Well, I broke down and got a new computer. I decided to go with the Intel chip. Of course the debate was between AMD and Intel. I tried to do my homework to decide which would be the best for me but most of the information I read was based on higher end chips. Ones I couldn't afford. i think I made a good choice and I am going with the thought that everything sold right now is better than what I had.

DRM Free
Exciting news in the digital music world! EMI has decided to offer DRM free music on I-Tunes. This could be the start of something good for digital music lovers. Hopefully others will jump on the bandwagon. Maybe we will then be able to do what we want with the music we buy.

Vista
"an extensive mental view"
That is Websters definition of Vista. Will that really be what Vista gives us. I guess there are as many opinions on this as there are people who care about it. I have read mixed reviews and have decided that it has some good features that are improved over XP but it comes at a cost both for the software itself and also what it demands of the hardware running it. It looks pretty but only if you have the computer to handle it. I know I will be in the market for a new computer sometime this year and I am still undecided whether I will stay with Microsoft or if I will consider a Mac. I am not planning on being one of the Guinea pigs on this one and truthfully I'm glad!

The ear thingy
Is just me or have all of you noticed a lot of people talking to themselves. Well at first it appears that way. They may be moving there lips or you may notice someone waving there hands or arms when they are alone in there car or walking down the street. It's the ear thingy. That explains it. Bluetooth! The new status symbol is the ear thingy. A person that at first glance appears to be a little weird is actually sporting a new trendy ear thingy. They go from being strange to elite in an instant. You see them everywhere nowadays. I say now, that I will never wear one! Whatever, this will be another thing that at first seems ridiculous but after you realize the advantages and capabilities you gotta have one.
