Back Update

Well I have had two steroid injections in my back to try to get rid of the pain from herniated disc that I have. It has been somewhat encouraging. I think things feel a little better but it is really hard to tell. It changes from day to day and you never know what to expect. I have had some down time because of it and have had some additional time to read. My book list is updated with some new stuff I'm reading.
