This week I watched both the Democratic and Republican debates leading up to the Iowa Caucus. They weren't really debates. They were more like a boring one by one explanation of who knows what. They never really say anything pertinent to what is really needed. It's not tangible. It's always in words that don't relate to real people with real issues. They are so out of touch with the everyday American.
And where did they get the woman that asked the questions. What a yawner she was. To be honest I couldn't even watch all of the Democratic debate and took great joy in changing the channel right in the middle of one of Hillary's high pitched answers.
When will they realize that we are not all thinking right down the middle of the issues of the day. We are rel people with real opinions and we are not afraid to stand on one side or the other when debating things. They sure seem to be.
I'm frustrated with the whole thing and the fact that there is not a great choice for President. I feel like we will be trying to pick the best of the bunch. That doesn't feel good!
